Publishing
Unless otherwise noted, all the written work (poems or prose pieces) on the site has been first published elsewhere and the publication citation is listed near the work; some of the pieces have been published in multiple journals and/or anthologized. The same is true for many of the visual pieces and the citations are listed for these as well .
If you are interested in publishing something you've seen here I would be delighted to help make that happen as long as the rights you need are available. Please use the contact form below to get in touch and I'll do my best to work with you to facilitate the publication you have in mind.

Licensing
For many images I can provide a royalty free license allowing you to use said photograph/s in exchange for attribution, citation, link, etc. While not every image is available for licensing, many are. I'm open to a variety of royalty free uses (commercial and/or noncommercial) and should you inquire, I will get back to you promptly. Licensing can typically be handled via email.
As a reminder, this explanation of the availability of licenses does not confer any actual rights to reproduce or reuse any content on KaytHoch.com (or anywhere else my work may appear.) Any use beyond that which is spelled out in the website terms of use statement is only permitted after you have obtained, from Kayt Hoch, a written license in your name, listing the specific image/s being licensed and the specific terms of the license being granted. If you are issued a license for use you will be provided access to the non-watermarked version of the image/s you are licensed to use.
